I bought these to replace failed flash drives that i use for 3d printing. I've had no issue with these and they work great. What more needs to be said?

This is the way to go, good price. Small convenient and a lot of memory.

I simply researched reviews on Amazon itself before buying these, finding others viewing them to be the most reliable and affordable. Amazon AI wrote that very few of these come back defective.(On the other hand, I have had awful luck with no-name brands. When storing material on cheap flash drives, I always go overboard with redundancy, and only use these throwaway flash drives in other computers as you don’t want to pick up infections. I’ve never had a problem with a good brand.These SanDisk flash drives are very tiny, designed to be carried on a keychain, and there’s nothing really protecting the jack. Time will tell, but this was the very best I could do, the very best I could find, at the time.I only have 7 GB of typewritten data, so the 8 GB flash drives make sense.

Low cost basic storage.

I got these to make Windows recovery media drives, and I made one for Win10 and Win11. I didn't test them, so hopefully they work if they're ever needed. Due to being USB 2.0, the write speed was definitely slow, but since I don't use them on an everyday basis I'm not bothered. In this day and age of super efficient memory, it's hard to find small size thumb drives so I was glad to come across these. I hope I never need them, but it's nice to have them tucked away.

I've been using SanDisk for many years.Very recently, I made the mistake of buying another flash drive, but was hoodwinked by the very similar name. SamData. It wasn't until after I ordered the drives (3 pack) that I realized the clever similarity in name.That's where any similarity ends. That other drive is garbage and that's where they went!I immediately got back online and ordered the real SanDisk drives.I don't need to go on about how good SanDisk drives are. They're very good, very portable and work very well.This is just a caution to look more closely at the name and not get hoodwinked into buying the imposter.

I started to purchase SanDisk items - SSD's about 10 years ago and the quality and reliability are fantastic. I have a 240 gig SSD still running 24x7 since then with no issues, so purchasing a USB thumb drive from them was a no brainer. SanDisk products are durable and reliable.

Fanuc has published a document that lists a handful of known compatible usb drives for use with their robot controller R-30iB. I’ve ordered several of this model of usb drive and can confirm that with the many robots I’ve had to update, that these work.
