Practical and adorable
I’ve been married for over two decades and I still have most of the dishes given at my wedding. Through the years, I’ve added mostly second-hand dishes to my kitchen, because I didn’t really have a passion for a particular color or theme.Recently, after discovering a blue willow teapot from the 1920s at a thrift store for $2, I realized that I really love blue and white porcelain. I love the mismatched designs but similar colors, so I wanted to slowly replace my dishes with blue willow/Spode/Scandinavian/English Rose/Japanese ink patterns. The problem with that, though, is that so many of my dishes are unique and I don’t trust everyone in the household with daily use of my fancy dishes. Also, I hate all the different colors, shapes, and sizes of the mugs on the top shelf, and I want something somewhat uniform, but of good quality, for everyday use, and also aesthetically appealing. These teacups are just what I want! They are the perfect size for a cup of peppermint tisane or French pressed Venezuelan cacao beans with coconut sugar. They hold nearly 8 ounces of liquid, and I can easily hold the handle comfortably with my index finger linking through. After using these teacups, I’m tempted to get the plates and bowls to match! I love the feel of the porcelain. And the colors are pleasant. This is a win for me!

Traditional espresso cups in intense colors
Traditional rounded coupes with saucers for espresso. The colors are a mix of blues from white to navy to pale sky blue and teal. You can of course mix up the saucers with the cups and give your table a more casual look. The cup is made of heavy stoneware with a smooth glaze and this hold the heat well especially if you warm the cups up before pulling your coffee. I photographed a cup with a ristretto serving (half size volume of espresso) to give an idea of what a shot looks like in the cup. These are smaller than European dessert demitasse, holding about 2.5 oz or 40mls.If blues don't float your boat, same cups come in bright color mix set with yellow and red (primaries) or plain white. There is also a similar set with a flat bottom and rack for stacked storage on the counter.

Beautiful product & excellent customer service
I purchased a set of the Sweese Porcelain Espresso Cups with Saucers in the cool assorted colors. A few days later I received them, perfectly packaged - exactly what I wanted, except that one of the colors was missing (one color was duplicated). I notified Sweese directly (thanks to their customer feedback insert in the box) and they apologized and offered a discount on my original order. Since what I really wanted was the complete set (all six colors) I offered to just send the first sent back and reorder another set. So that I didn't have to go through the return-reorder process, Sweese immediately offered to send me a new complete set, free of charge. I received the new set just a few days later.I love the product (the cups/saucers are perfect for 1-2 shots of espresso) but their service and attention to their customer's needs is what makes the difference. I whole heartedly recommend the product to others.See photo included with review - a friend of mine saw these beautiful cups displayed in my kitchen and absolutely loved them! The colors are beautiful.

Nice little cups with right volume for chai
The Cups are really nice and the color scheme looks beautiful. I was looking for a perfect cup to have tea(Chai) and this seems to serve my purpose. The only problem i have with this cup is cup holder(its narrow and difficult to hold for people with broad fingers).Just a note about the 4 starts. There was a flier in the package which was to get another set of cups for free. All i we have to do is like&follow the "Sweese" Facebook page and to message them on messenger '1more'. I tried it on the same day and it said the promotion has ended and it asked for personal details. Not sure if this is authentic or just a scam.

Very cute and well made/sturdy set of espresso cups and saucers
I love these espresso cups and saucers. I bought the set of six that are all different shades of blue, even though I only need one or two, I thought they were too cute to pass up!I love the glaze, which is semi-transparent, and the rims and inside the cups are and off-white. I saw someone comment that their finger didn't fit inside the cup handle. This is the way they are supposed to be; you hold the cup with your index finger and thumb, ask the Italians lol.One more important thing, they were packaged better than anything I've ever ordered online, with thick foam cutouts that snugly fit the cup and the box, so there was no possibility of anything breaking.

I’m so in love with these!
I found a plain white tea pot and wanted cups with some color to go with it. These are perfect! They are very thick and seem sturdy. I was a little worried when I saw a lot of reviews with broken plates but mine were very well packaged and came intact. The only imperfection I noticed was a tiny chip on the rim of my white cup, but it’s not super noticeable and that is the color of cup I’m least likely to use anyway - definitely not worth returning over such a small thing. As some others mentioned the handles on the cups are very small, so unless you have tiny fingers they won’t fit well into these but a friend and I used them for tea and still had no issues holding the cups comfortably. I’m so happy with this purchase. If you are on the fence about getting these like I was, just go for it!
