The media could not be loaded. Great massage ball! I thought it would be smaller when I originally purchased it so I included a video / unboxing video to show how it works. I have smaller hands and it just barely fits into my hand. I think the larger size is good for putting against a wall and kneading against the shoulder or other positions where you use your own body weight to lean against the massager. The massager has a total of 4 different speeds and settings and I can feel a difference between the speeds. Some other massagers claim to have different speeds but they actually don’t. I also love the blue color and am very satisfied with this purchase! Even my family loves it.

The media could not be loaded. OMG!!!! I LOVEEEEE this lil ball... I take it with me everywhere I go... I'm going to order a second one to keep home and another to leave in my car. I use it when I'm driving, when I'm at work and really anytime the pain hits. I have scoliosis and sciatica and also a chipped bone in my neck... (I'm not a doctor so use it how you feel) but I use it on my neck and lower back... I've even used it on my feet... This is the best because it's small but gripable and it travels everywhere. It auto shuts off after 15 minutes but it's rare that I need it on for that long. It has I believe 3 levels, level one is super strong, battery life last for days and I use it alot. It comes charged but I charged up and hour before really using it and after having it for a week today is the first day that I needed to charge it . Very durable, the travel case is great... It's perfect if you deal with pain anywhere on your body. (I was not paid to write this review)

I have been suffering debilitating sciatica. Crying and puking the pain is so bad. This is worth its weight in gold. If you are in pain, I can not recommend this enough. I can see this being very effective on legs, backs, arms.UPDATE: I have been using this for three days now and the battery went from lasting for hours to 3 minutes. Not very happy.

Revised March 2021. Stopped working after 4 months. Very disappointed. #I started going to Physical Therapy after a fall. The therapist is very very good. My first exercise was using a ball like this one on my front shoulder and back to relax the muscles. It works GREAT. The one I bought, this product, is just as good as the one the therapist sells, and his is three times as much. So happy I made this purchase. You can find YOU TUBE Videos on good ways to use the ball on your body. I started using mine on the balls of my feet! Great purchase.

Pros:- Works Great for Massaging Feet, Shoulders, and Neck.- Small and Able to access places that don't work with a longer cylinder.- Most Intense Setting provides intense massage.- Mostly Waterproof. Definitely Water Resistant.Cons:- Red Lights for Intensity Settings are Invisible in Normal Daylight.- First 2 Intensity Settings are basicly Nothing.- Difficult to find the Charging Port.- Battery Life is Relatively Short.- Kind of Expensive for the product.This massaging ball works excellent for massaging your own feet and hitting the accupressure points on bottom of the feet by rolling. The round shape is perfect for getting the arch of the foot and just behind the front foot pad. It is also good for massaging the toes. Using the ball on the top of the foot and the ankles helps to release the tendons.The massage ball also works wonderfully on the neck and shoulders to release tension and muscles. The small contact area allows enough pressure and the intensity is just right to work the tendons on the shoulders where a larger tube type massage roller cannot reach effectively.The massage ball is water resistant enough to be cleaned with soap and water without damaging the electronics.The indicator lights are under the silicone cover of the ball. Light intensity is low enough that they are not visible in normal room light. The lights can be seen in a low light or dark environment. This is not a major fault since there are only two settings that are really usable and the difference in vibration difference between setting 3 and 4 is quite distinct. Still it is possible to leave the ball on setting 1 to drain the battery by mistake. Battery life is not exactly stellar (probably 3 hours) before it runs down enough to make the vibration too weak to be usable.In conclusion, I recommend this massage ball for feet, shoulders, neck, or other areas where a long roller just is not effective. I would have liked to get a little more battery life and light intensity but there really is no other massaging ball option on Amazon that seemed to be better.

Very nice massage ball. About 3.5" round. We really like that it can get wet to clean it. We have 3. We live in two different cities and drive between. We keep 1 at each house and 1 travels with us during the 10 hour drive back & forth. I have arthritis in my hands and I'll hold it while watching TV. I've also used it on my back and neck. My husband has muscle soreness in his arm and gets leg spasms. We use it to help prevent the spasms before going to sleep.

The massage ball would be great if it actually worked the way it’s supposed to. The battery dies doesn’t last as long as the directions say at all. I charged it for the required time and the light never changed from red. Then after literally 2 minutes it died. I turned it back on with no problem and thought maybe I just had to chose a different setting so it doesn’t overheat. Same thing happened only quicker. Maybe it’s overheating or the battery is faulty but either way it’s not staying on long enough to be helpful. Waste of $35

This really works to get the kinks out of my body when no one is around to help. It has multiple vibrations speeds and can be placed anywhere … even those little pesky places. Long battery life. Love this little vibrating ball. It’s small enough to take with you everywhere.
