High quality. Better fit than most other products; however, they could have a longer rise from crotch to the waist band in the back.

These are superior for those who need extra protection. My 85 year old mother uses these and they are comfortable and practical. Never have we had any leakage.

This product works! If you have a very leaky urinary sphincter this is the answer for you. It absorbs a prodigious amount of urine preventing the soiling of your bedclothes, sheets and mattress. They fit comfortably and feel dry for 24 hours while completely controlling odors. They are more costly than some of the similar products but are well worth the price. If this doesn't do the job for you probably need to consider consulting a Urologist.

LivDry doesnt always keep the wet in! I believe the legs are too open to keep wet from escaping,and both legs don’t appear to be the same size. The long center pad scrunches up to cause front bulk instead of a smooth front: while it’s a struggle to get the back to pull up and fit well. I thought I had found a right panty for me, but continued use revealed a few problems. The ruffles on each side are not the same either and don’t do an adequate job of stopping leakage.
