I wanted to give these supplements some time to work before leaving a review. I've been taking them for about 3 months now. I admit there's some days where I haven't taken the full three gel capsules, but even with that I found that these are amazing and perform as they claim. I've seen reviews about the smell, which for me smell like the Flintstones chewable vitamins for kids. Not unpleasant for me, but rather nolsatigic from my childhood. Anyway, the smell wasn't as bad as some reviewers have claimed. They do not leave any aftertaste and are easy to swallow. AND my nails have never looked this good or grown this healthy. I have brittle nails that peel and break no matter what I've done in the past. For the last 3 months I've taken this supplement and use jojoba oil on my nails throughout the day especially after washing my hands and OMG what a difference! In terms of hair growth I've noticed that my hair looks shiner and feels healthier if that makes sense. I haven't noticed the growth as my hair is a 3a curl. So unless I measure when wet I won't have an accurate growth measurement. Either way they work! I plan on continuing to take these because WOW. Seriously, if you want to grow beautiful natural nails and have shiny healthier hair then yes get these. But, please note it takes time before you see results. For me I saw the most noticable results at the end of month 2.

These are a great supplement for healthy hair, skin & nails. While I recently chopped my long locks, I had hair down past my shoulder blades that continuously grew healthy and thick. My nails grow like crazy and I'm always having to trim them. I also notice an overall improvement to my complexion with a great reduction in any breakouts or redness. Yes, they do smell kind of bad, but they are easily swallowed and no taste lingers... So... Just don't smell your supplements people, easy as that 😅 Great value for the amount of supplements that you get and I love the added collagen and argan oil which helps with nearly all your bodily functions. Overall definitely happy and have repurchased!
