Lion's Mane Dowel Spawn 100 Count Mushroom Tooth Fungus Plug

Exactly what it was supposed to be. You can’t see a lot of mycelium at first but it keeps growing to fill the bag.

When I opened the package I immediately noticed the healthy mycelium. There was a generous enough amount that I even put some to grain, so it was almost a 2 for 1 deal. Didn't notice any contamination, and the dowels were packaged with a great deal of care. Even came with very informative instruction sheet. Would definitely order again.

The plugs arrived on time and looked good. I had already prepared a log deck. When I recied them I drilled the holes, tapped in the plugs and covered with bee wax. I done this before with good results, but this time I didn't have any luck at all. Not sure what was the issue.

Had bag of 50 plug next to my computer for 18 days, Didn't do nothing, except remove 50 plug for tests. Well the remaining plugs in the bags started sprouting myceliums like crazy. Today I just lightly spray water and puff up the bag to let them grow. This is very interesting, no substrate, just the wood plug. This is a very good product from what is happening. 5 STARS on this Item. Think of the possibilities...no substrate needed......????

So I bought two of them, not even a sprout or an inclination of something growing. I was so excited, but nothing grew. Fold the directions to a T. And nothing to show for except for a lighter wallet. I tried two different ways. One in a log and the other one in straw. Nothing to even show for nothing grew. Must’ve spent 30 hours drilling covering with wax and waiting. So if you have extra time and money to get the results of nothing, go ahead and buy. I even called them to let them know that nothing worked and sent pictures in. Guess what the end result was nothing. Getting tired wasting my money maybe next time I’ll buy a pet rock. At least I will know I am getting what I am paying for.

The spore plugs arrived with plenty of healthy active mycelium.

My Lion's Mane spawn dowels looked clean; the Oyster mushroom dowels were 'sprouted' with mycelium or contaminated, and I sent a photo to the 2Fungis customer service and have had absolutely no response to any communication in almost two weeks. Not recommended. Will update review if they ever bother to email me back.
