Will not fit in control arm of the car it was intended for-.050 inch too big

Maybe this is why Honda sales the entire control arm rather than the bushing, IDK, but I measured the empty hole with a set of calipers, and there's .050 inch too big. And that's after the part had been in the freezer over night to help. Even if there had been the correct interference fit on the part, I'm pretty sure the shell is too flimsy to press in. It's a lot thinner than the factory and would most likely just fold up. But hey, I'm cheap, and it was worth a shot for me. Found a pair of control arms on Amazon Prime for $66 that showed up to my door in 2 days.
