everyone loves this chocolate. I bought it to melt, dip over caramel apples this time. But I have used this for the best chocolate covered strawberries, even better chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered oyster crackers, hot chocolate bombs. Take two crackers out peanut butter between chocolate cover. This chocolate melts well,is smooth, and best of all delicous. Great taste. I melt in aluminum pie plate on a warming plate. tip. Never let water get in any chocolate

The whole team loved the taste

I had this chocolate delivered to Phoenix in the dead of summer and was hoping it wouldn’t arrive melted together. Like some of the other reviews stated, I was pleasantly surprised that they had the chocolate in an insulated package and had an ice pack in the box as well. No issues with melted/clumpy chocolate. The chocolate melts really well, is really easy to dip with, and is even good on its own. A good alternative to more expensive brands.

Used in a Sephra chocolate fountain and it worked great. I did melt them before adding to the fountain.

The order arrived fast and in great condition. It came backed with ice packets. The flavor is good, they will be easy to melt and use in my chocolate pot. The only issue is this product is pricey compared to Almond bark.
