Wrought iron umbrella base. Multiple use for backyards, patio, beach, camping. Heavy duty for secure umbrella during high winds.

Have wind will travel.
Wind will lift umbrella and stand. Destroyed my umbrella. Calm summer day 90 degree day with blue skies with slight wind. Must have been a gush. Weight stayed secure to umbella. But definitely not a day to take umbrella down. Get a heavier umbrella base.

Light
Very light and fairly sturdy. Works well for smaller outdoor umbrellas, but a bit unsturdy for the larger size umbrellas. Nonetheless, I would use it any day over the very heavy bases that are difficult and cumbersome to move.

Cheaply designed and made
Cheaply made product, uses a clip to hold securing screw for umbrella. Clip sticks out when used, potential safety issue because pointy and sharp. Would not buy again.

Super heavy duty, but tight fit for standard umbrellas
Due to winds, I use heavy duty screws to attach our umbrella bases to the deck. Our prior base broke after years of rust ate out the bottom of the tubing. This is super heavy duty and the design should resist winds better than the prior base. One complaint is that the screw is really cheap and the j-nut that you put into the tube are really tight to fit a standard deck umbrella.

Sturdy and stylish!
I LOVE this base, and so do my family and friends! It looks great, and is very solid. One of the nice features, is that it is an open design, and doesn't look like a lump of iron like many metal bases. I can also use a hose or blower to clean off my brick porch under the base. This is VERY nice!
