Why did you pick this product vs others?:Finally a B Vitamin I can take that doesn't make me jittery.

Who knows if this stuff is actually doing any good so I’m not reviewing its overall effectiveness as a supplement.Two things to mention:1) The taste isn’t bad at all. It’s slightly medicinal but definitely has the cherry sweet going on as well.2) The dropper included in the cap of the product is terrible, and exclusively because the measurement mark is printed on the glass in light, cherry colored writing. Guess what else is also cherry colored? Now guess what is completely hidden when the dropper is filled with product? Yup, the measurement.The writing on the dropper is light to begin with so completely disappears with the liquid inside it. The writing is also very hard to see in the light, even without the liquid inside.So the number one improvement for this product is to make the measurement labeling on the dropper in black instead of red.

Excellent product and I have confirmation from several sets of labs that it is assimilated quite effectively. When I increased frequency of ingestion from 3 to 5 times per week, the lab levels proportionally increased. The same was true when I reduced frequency.The effects are now very predictable after over 2+ years of usage and in conjunction with my naturopathic doctor. Because the product is very consistent in quality, we now have the dosage dialed in quite well. I highly recommend this product for quality, consistency, and price.

I tend to be tired and this seems to give the boost I need without feeling like I am over caffeinated. I take it between 1-3pm and able to have have energy to hit the gym by 7pm and still sleep well. I also sometimes take it in the morning between 6:30-7:30am before work on weekends and I am not feeling tired after two cups of coffee… no jitters, no anxiety of being over caffeinated when I take it with the 2c of coffee. (Buttered paleo coffee)

Something’s wrong. I have taken this supplement for quite sometime and had no problems. This order came and the color was cloudy and it tasted off, bad, not like the other orders. The product has worked to keep my levels up, but this time something was wrong. Should I try again is the question??

I had been very ill for two weeks. I could not get my strength and energy back. I started taking this vitamin and within a week I could feel the difference. I think I will continue taking it from now on even though it tastes very bad! I drink orange juice behind it to help with that. It is worth it! I believe the sublingual effect is much faster than pills.

I have been using these drops for over a year now. Seems to have helped stabilized my b12 levels. And best part is the drops don't actually taste bad!
