CAP BarbellFM-905Q Color Series Exercise Stand Power Rack

If you have the squat rack from Argos then this seems great. the fit is a bit loose as the pin is a bit thinner but the clamps holds the arm vertically.

Like the cap barbell rack these spotter arms were a lot better than I was expecting. They seem well made and sturdy

Realistically they cost 20 quid so you cant expect them to be of exceptional quality. They both fit on the rack but one of them sits at an angle because the bends is slightly off. For the price cant complain. they do the job

The media could not be loaded. Im not gonna lie, I was not expecting much when I bought these as they are so insanely cheap. And while the rubber strips aren’t glued on very well, it is a minor issue that can easily be solved and does not impact its function. I am so pleasantly surprised and given the price, they are great value!

This item didn't feel stable enough for me to want to use, as you can see both arms wobble and right one doesn't even sit straight and is slightly bent, the welds also don't look as strong as my existing J hooks. Amazon were great in helping sort and maybe these are ok for people using less heavy weights or willing to adapt them.

I can bench press knowing,if i drop the weight it wont hit my chest.The spotters will stop it.

Too small for a standard home power cage. Tried on 2 other friends cages and still didn’t fit. Can’t even give them away.

Great quality, would add some more foam on the portion that makes contact with the power rack so it doesn't shake and clank around, but otherwise works well and I have no issue benching alone with this on my rack.

Der Stift welcher einen Durchmesser von 9,5 mm haben sollte, ist um einiges dicker. Ich muss die Löcher am Reck vergrößern. Auch der Gummischutz hängt lose rum. Der Kleber hält nicht. Die angegebene 51 mm für die Halterungen entsprechen auch nicht dem Lieferzustand. Da muss einiges nachgearbeitet werden.

Finalmente non correrò più il rischio di darmi il bilanciere in petto sopra i 100 kg e non dovrò più farmelo scivolare sul bacino per liberarmi e scaricare tutto per poterlo tirare di nuovo su e concludere l'ultima serie! Già utilizzati, tutto solido e perfetto a buon prezzo! 34 euro spesi bene! Adatto a rack di 5 cm ci diametro, ma al mio ho dovuto far allargare leggermente 2 buchi perché il perno di pochissimo era troppo largo e non entrava, sarebbe stato inutile fare il reso e prenderne un altro e rischiare magari che non andasse bene col diametro del tubo del mio rack, meglio far allargare i buchi di quel poco che basta per 34 euro di spesa che ti possono salvare la vita! Forse sarebbe stato meglio prenderli più corti per sfruttare le barre del rack come salvataggio. Ma va benissimo così per le mie esigenze
