Good stuff but expensive
So I’ve been looking for a sugar substitute and decided to try the “baking version” of this brand of monk fruit. It’s very finely ground if you will and my cornbread recipe only called for 75 grams of sugar so I substituted 1 for 1. First time out of the gate I’d say 10 out of 10. No off taste, no over browning as I found with allouse, so I’d give this a shot. I’m very happy with my first go around and will see how it works out as I continue to use it more.

Good frosting and tastes sweet
Review for the baking sweetener: I used this to make buttercream frosting and it was surprisingly good. Sweeter tasting than I expected so I'll use a little less when I make it next time.

Lakanto Baking Monk Fruit Sweetener - Great Stuff for Baking!
Lakanto Baking Monk Fruit Sweetener - Baking Sugar Substitute - Their is nothing wrong with this stuff despite what you have read and it's perfect for baking. Normal artificial sweeteners are not made for baking and they don't blend well imo. Also, I think this version of monk fruit blend gives off a better color on the food after it bakes. This makes your food look more like the real thing like when using real sugar. It tastes great of course and you do not miss sugar at all. I eat monk fruit blends all the time, with no gastric issues and have zero real sugar cravings. I only dinged this on the value. Of course, I want it cheaper!! Who wouldn't?If you are so worried about the Erythritol/Monk Fruit blend, then just go buy 100% monk fruit powder. It's out there and easy to buy. Stop complaining on here. It's just silly! Also, if you think the price for this stuff is bad, go enjoy 100% pure powdered monk fruit price then. lol!

Great sugar replacement but eat too much and you'll have gas
I am using this product to replace sugar in my meal prep. When adding it to something that is not heated the flavor is good with no aftertaste. When I baked with it it had a weird taste that we couldn't put our finger on. Maybe it was the coconut flour... I'm new to baking with almond and coconut flour. Also, I can only eat about 3-4 servings before getting gas.Servings meaning 4 small energy balls or 3 lemon bars.I'll continue to use it. It's expensive but it has a more desirable taste to me than Stevia for when I need to use a large amount.

Best sugar substitute there is
The product was received In timely manner and packaged well. This I bought for baking with. Kala to monk fruit is a sugar free sweetener that doesn’t have the nasty aftertaste of other sugar substitutes. I am a diabetic and have to use substitutes and I prefer this to others.

Does not crystallize
Desserts baked come out wonderful. It doesn’t crystallize at all making the texture smooth and pleasing. No artificial aftertaste.

WORST FLAVORING EVER
I found a Keto friendly, peanut butter cookie recipe. I'd never heard of this before, so I ordered it. It was a three ingredient recipe, some of this sweetener, and egg and peanut butter. Simple. The taste of those cookies, was horrid. It was like instead of this sweetener, I'd used worms, or dirt or ass. OMG, I almost threw up. Of course, this is a non-returnable item, so it's in the garbage. I don't know how anyone can say, that it tastes like sugar. Maybe sugar you scooped out of your garbage disposer. I can still taste it, blech.
