This stuff really hurts but after a while it doesn't hurt as much any more. I've definitely noticed a huge difference too after using it my gums feel a lot better and my teeth feel better after prolonged use. Plus I can keep it in my mouth longer with out as much pain. I joke with my partner that it's pain flavored but at the end of the day I'll still buy this. Just because of the sheer difference it seems to make. Currently I need a lot of dental work and due to that I'm unable to brush my teeth properly so this really comes in clutch.
