For years I managed just using a knife, but when I started making La Mien noodle I found it really difficult to scrape up the dough on the work surface. Having got it, I found out how useful it was for bread making and other uses.I like this one as it is solid, has a metal blade (rather than plastic) and was one of the cheapest scrapers listed.

Very handy tool for casual cooking

Rarely do items bought online live up to my expectations but this proved to be of good quality and value.

Excellent, functional tool for making any kind of dough. I have mainly been using this to aid in making Gnocchi and pasta dough recently, but it's fantastic for helping to pick up, mix and slice. It's sharp so easy to cut dough into sections. It also has a ruler on side of it which can be useful at times. Great value for money.

Very pleased with this it’s made bread making just that little bit easier! As someone who bakes all our own bread this is going to come in really handy and is a much sturdier and more effective dough blade than the plastic one it replaced. Divides the dough easily and cleans the worktops efficiently. Easy to wash and dry. I’m very happy with it

This thing is made of very solid steel and the grip is made of solid rubber which feels very comfortable in your hand.
