This is my favorite gel pad because of its versatility—good for lower backs, shoulders, knees, hips, ankles. It has a soft, velvety side to face your body. It can conform to any shape once it’s out of the freezer for 4-5 minutes. It eases pain very well. I have several ice packs specific to shoulders and knees but I reach for this one all the time because of its comfort. And it lasts long enough to give the body part just the right chill.

Omg this is a game changer in pain for spine, stomach pain, leg pain all over pain!!!! I suffer fromOsteoporosis , Osteoathrisitis, DDD, epidural lipomatosis , ME/CFS, CRPS, EDS, Migraines , cervical stenosis , bone pain ! You name it and if it’s pain I have it. Okay so I’m absolutely obsessed with these. I got the two pack that comes with a little pouch and Velcro, so you can wrap around to secure. I spent hundreds of dollars on cooling mats, cooling shirts, etc., everything I could possibly think of to keep my dog cool despite the year-round hot climate we live in. Can I just say these handy and affordable things are absolutely amazing and a quarter of the cost! I can either use it by itself and put it in the bottom of her little tote bag or on the extra hot days, I can wrap it around little Koconut for an instant cooling effect. It’s soft without being stiff and stays cold / cool for a couple hours. Highly recommend for a pup for a person!

I didn’t think much about how much you need something like this in your home until my granddaughter tripped and went face first into my wood floor. Needless to say, I bought these. They say cold for a long time, they aren’t too thick, they have worked for what I’ve needed them for, and the Velcro straps make them easy to hold. Even I use them at times.

My daughter and I love these chilling pads. We don't even freeze them - we just keep them at the foot of the bed and put our feet or legs on them while we are trying to fall asleep during the hot summer. If it gets too warm, we just switch which part we put our feet on. We have 3 in our home already!

Pregnancy lifesaver! Great for swollen legs and feet. Also great to ice whole back and shoulders at the same time.

What an amazing value for the price! These little “monsters” are adorable and my kids love the different colors. The strap feature to hold it on your hand is so smart. We keep two in the fridge and two in the freezer. The frozen ones stay frozen for a sufficient amount of time and they work really well. The softness on the strap side is a nice added bonus as well.

Good size that works on upper back and shoulders. It might be a bit heavy but it does the job well and is comfortable either cold or hot.
