Ordered two pairs for my kids, so they can shoot hoops without the phone in their pockets. Only one pair had the charging case that’s worked the second pair the case wouldn’t charge but would in the other case....emailed company and the sent out replacements. And I had them in 3 days! Super helpful and quick to respond. These also fit great in my kids ears(ages 6, 9) they never fall out and the kids can hardly hear me. Will keep these as a favorite when we need new ones! Would highly recommend!!!!!

Quality of the earbuds exceeds my expectations by far. Are you getting Bose, Apple or Samsung quality, well no... but are you getting a decent pair of sounding headphones at a great price, Yes! They are very on par with my skull candy wireless ear buds and with a better smaller case in my opinion. For those asking question about adjusting the volume I found a fast double tap will increase or decrease sound depending on what earbud you tap on and a slow double tap with skip songs.

These have their issues but they perform quite well if you know how to tinker with them. The sound is worth more than the price. Better actually. If that's your main concern you should buy these. At the price, you would probably pay more for a paper bag of junk food at the corner store. Buy these instead of the chips and candy. Play some music. Dance along to the great sound. Get into shape. You can't lose.

The sound quality and noise cancellation are great, but the speakers absolutely suck. Every time I try to hold a phone conversation with my earbuds in, no one can hear me. They say it's like the phone is very far from me even though i have the earbud in correctly and phone close to my mouth. At first, this seemed like a non-issue since I just wanted wireless buds for the gym, but now it's very inconvenient to switch my blue-tooth on and off constantly because I use them a lot throughout the day. Also, not that seamless of a connection. I frequently have to re-do the connection to my phone, laptop, and tablet. Minor inconvenience, but inconvenient nonetheless. I believe I spent around $20 for these, so issues are to be expected. I didn't want to be heartless and give them less than 3 stars because they do what they were originally purchased for.

Update: (from 5 star to 1 star) 7 months later im having the same problem everyone is stating... the left side dies out much faster. I have tried to let them both die and then charge but everytime im using them the left will die out almost after 6 or 7 songs and then the right will keep going for a much longer time.AMAZED! For $15 i foguered i just give them a try and O am so happy I did. The sound is amazing and connected to my phone very smooth. I wrote a question of how to increase/decrease volume bc the instructions says double click but thats the same for previous/next song. The right bud didnt turn on right away which seems to be a common theme with the product based off of other reviews. But if you put it to charge and then connect again, you will be all set.

I bought a pair of these earbuds in April and love the sound qualify. Pairing was easy and lasted about 4 hours per charge. The right earbud failed in November after about 3 dozen uses. I contacted the seller and did some tests to confirm the bad earbud for them. They sent another updated & tested pair out quickly. Would buy these again for their sound quality and customer service support.

Love love love these headphones. My dogs eat mine all the time. I have tried many brands and unleashed is the best! The price is perfect for those who lose ear buds a lot and need a lot of replacement ones. These are my go to ear buds! Easy to use. They last long and charge fast.

I needed a new pair of ear buds to replace my old set. I use them mostly when working in the yard and in the shop. The packaging looked nice, as does the product itself, but that’s where it ends in this case. I had a hard time getting both buds to connect, and when they did they would easily lose connection even with the phone in my hand. While they would charge quickly in their case, I couldn’t get them to function long enough to test the longevity of the charge.
