You Can't Say Boobs On Sunday: The Second Collection of the Syndicated Cartoon Stone Soup

I was sadly disappointeed when the author decided to go to a Sunday-only publishig schedule. This book helped make up for that - well a little. I still miss my daily does of Stone Soup in my newspaper, but I love having these books.This one is loaded with hilarioius and all too true to experience comics. The drawback to it being so good and so funny is that I completed reading it in just a few hours spread over two days. I would have completed it in only one day, but I got interrupted by life, so I had to put it down and pick-up where I left off the next day!

A great way to lose yourself in another world, this one is just funnier than the real one we deal with day to day. This is not the Dali Lama, but it will make you laugh and smile and sometimes that is just what it takes to get through. Enjoy!

Our whole family laughs at this material. Eliot's characters grow and learn like good characters should even in a daily cartoon strip. Any reader can sympathize with at least some of what they go through. And there are a few loud laughs in this collection, as there should be, especially in the sister-to-sister dialogues between kids.
