Bought these to stuff into my shoes to turn them into redneck olympic lifting shoes. They work fantastically for that purpose, and I feel like a towering giant, tiptoeing around the gym at my new height of 6'4". They're stable enough to squat ~500lbs, so I feel like they're stable enough to strut around in town with as well.

I really like this insole, which I need for leg length discrepancy following major surgery. I do not like the fact that I had to buy both left and right insoles. These insoles should be sold for left only, right only, or both. I threw out the left insoles, which is wasteful.

These are not good! super hard and uncomfortable. Feet are always moving forward and pushing against the front of your shoe.Not a good design whatsoever.

The material quality is poor. it starts peeling after just 2-3 wears. Also, it's not as comfortable as advertised

Quality is top grade? Firm. The insert does not go all the way to the front of the shoes. I believe they can fit up to size 15 or 16 shoes. I'm currently using on a size 14 boot.

Works as described, giving you a couple inches in height. Best to use high top shoes or boots. My feel pretty comfortable in my Chelsea boots.

Effective, but SUPER, SUPER uncomfortable. Not for everyday use, or even use for more than an hour or so, which is why this item is not practical.
