I play LOTRO which is a low spec game but this machine is awesome. It updates it’s internal components automatically and is a dream for browsing. Second ASUS l have owned and worth every penny. A reliable machine

Great build quality, bought to replace an ASUS ROG which arrived with a broken fan vent and developed a broken fan after two days. Very good performance for modern games.

Very very annoyed and disappointed with amazon. Their job is to sell things online. To do that you need the customer to trust the descriptions. I'm not sure I ever will again.I bought this explicitly because of the battery life promises. The description talks about the fantastic battery life and 90whr battery.To quote the description:"Even while boasting a smaller and more portable chassis than its predecessors, this gaming laptop also features a larger 90Wh battery for superior battery life.""Its power-efficient Ryzen processor and formidable 90Wh battery offer up to 12.3 hours of video playback. Lighter and longer-lasting, this machine can work and travel as freely as you do."However it's WRONG the laptop only has a 48whr battery. On rereading much of the information via wrong and contradictory. The screen is 144hz not 120hzIt does references a 48whr battery further down but the description only talks about the 90whr.This was a gift for my daughter to use both to game and use at university. I am gutted.

Died after 2 years and 1 month

Great for web browsing / Youtube whilst having a coupe of Word documents on the go.Very fast. Speakers adequate rather than great. Ditto webam.But £140 knocked off for apparent slight damage (I couldn't see anything so bad!), so a very happy purchaser. :-)

Excellent speed and good quality graphics make game playing a joy. However the fan noise is loud and will become annoying after prolonged periods.19 months on, the internal fan sounds like it's hitting the casing and about to stop working.This is a gaming laptop, and the left shift key, is pretty well used in some games, and broke in two.I contacted ASUS for a replacement, only to be told "ASUS UK do not sell or supply individual spare parts. Nonetheless, we can still offer a solution in the form of a chargeable repair request." My previous Samsung laptop is still going after 8 years, with no broken keys!

Although it's reaching a temp of 70-75 degrees Celsius, it can run everything on ultra with a high number of fps (60+ up to 100). The battery is not so great, being a gaming laptop but it's decent for office tasks being on battery.

Overall good laptop. The SSD and RAM speed was brilliant. Solid overlook laptop. Took me a while to decide which one to buy and I was very happy with it... until I started to have high ping. At the beginning I thought it was the wifi, but it was up to 900ms ping.Then I realise it only happened to this laptop and after 30 mins or 1 hour of gameplay. By wire was OK, and other devices was good.I contact ASUS support and did a Reset of the network seetings, reset the WLAN drivers (was a realtek 8822ce ) as they recomended me. Even reinstall windows. Nothing worked, I believe is a hardware issue. Package is returning. I want to think it was bad luk and I am the only affected by it, but want to share this in case somebody got same issue.
