L.A. Looks Extreme Spikes Gel, Hold Level 12, 20-Ounce (Pack of 6)

This is the only hair gel I use, and I’ve been using it for years. It keeps disappearing from the usual stores I’d see it in so now I purchase on amazon. I have thick curly hair. I apply this to my hair when wet. Great hold, not frizzy, doesn’t get flaky, and it’s very light weight and doesn’t weigh my hair down. (Also most cost effective!! 🙌)Can’t recommend enough.Please sweet baby Jesus don’t stop carrying this, LA Looks. I seriously don’t know what I’ll do. Lol remarket it as a curly hair gel!!

This is one of the gels I use. Mixed with another gel from LA Looks, it gives me the hold I need. Hard to find in stores. The price is a little high but I like the product

If you have curly hair....especially if you are prone to frizz a lot....this stuff is a life saver. All I need is a copious amount of this (but who cares since you get so much for such a small price) applied to really wet hair, diffuse dry, and scrunch out the crunch or not. Frizz free even in the humidity of North Carolina. It’s a game changer. Plus it has a really inoffensive scent.

This hair gel is amazing and exactly what I need! I am able to use a lot less product with this gel because it is so strong. This is the second pack of six that I have purchased and I wasn't even done with my first bottle. I do NOT want to run out of this product!!!

This was my hair gel of choice due to it having a scent I didn't mind and good hold properties. Unfortunately, it seems like it has been discontinued as I can't find it at any retailer where I used to buy it.This particular product from the seller on Amazon seems to be older stock of the item. As such, the gel has somewhat broken down and the product in the bottle is much more liquidly than the firmer gel that it would be from a fresh bottle. It still works for my hair, but the viscosity is noticeably different, and not for the better. Because of this I will likely not buy another six-pack, and will start the hunt for a new brand of gel in stores.

I have baby fine hair and use this to give volume. I finger it into wet hair then blow dry. Have been using this for years! It also keeps hair smooth on humid days. Was so sad when Walmart stopped selling, but so happy to find a good deal here!

I like the tape they used to seal the gel bottles that kept them from leaking.

I have naturally curly hair and I have tried so many different gels but always go back to la looks it is the best hair gel there is and the price just so happens to be amazing too!
