Excedrin PM is the best!
These are the only meds I can take for pain (broken ankle) and helps me get a decent solid night sleep! I can take at 10pm and still wake up at 7 and never feel groggy EVER! No one sells it anywhere in my area not even generic!

Great for pain and sleep

A MUST HAVE ON A CRUISE
I have taken these on a 22 day cruise that I messed up my knee 2 weeks before the trip. I was in pain the whole time and took pain killers am & pm. These Headache PM Excedrin I took every night. Helped me sleep.I was thankful I brought these with me on this trip.Well worth the cost.

These work the best for me but I just take one at a time. They can really knock you out.
