Lake Placid Summit Adjustable Youth Ice Skates

The ice skates worked perfectly. Needed a little breaking in, but exactly as pictures. Be forewarned though, they’re ice skates. Looks like a hockey skate, but if you look at the picture closely it has the toe pick.

I ordered these to ice skate on our pond with the kids. I was very happy with how easy they were to latch up and adjust to different sizes. Many neighbor kids and friends have also used them with great success and quick adjusting. The best part is they are so supportive to the foot and ankle. This is really important for the occasional ice skater who hasn’t built up the muscles for skating. The materials are well made and really comfortable and warm. They are nice looking and a great value at the price.

We bought these as entry skates for my son to learn how to skate and play hockey. My only real issue with these is that in the smalles size setting, the front of the blade sticks out very far. This results in a toe edge that resulted in a lot more falling and challenges for standing back up. Once we went back to a traditional skate (non -adjustable) he no longer had the issues which I contributed to the protruding front blade. Something to consider if you plan on getting these for a younger child learning to skate.

Nice ice skating shoes. My daughter love it. She learn very well with this ice skating shoes in the ice skating class. The shoes won’t be too narrow. And good quality, not too heavy.

The media could not be loaded. These skates are so cute! My daughter got them for Christmas and they are the perfect fit. I love that they are adjustable and she will be able to use them for years to come. I highly recommend them.

Blades are not good. Shoe lace can’t be tight for long time.
