The product is easy to assemble, functional, very stable, and a great value.
My wife is having some health issues, and find it difficult to lift off the toilet stool. I ordered a Stander Wonder Pole from Amazon; however, I didn’t have enough space in my bathroom to accommodate it. We purchased this item, the Vive Toilet Frame, and it is a perfect fit. It is very sturdy, and allows her to use both hands when lifting. It was easy to assemble, and looks great.

Great product. Easy to assemble
I needed this to help me following knee replacement surgery. I was able to assemble it myself (I’m not usually very good at this) in about 15 minutes, tops. I’m still using it in recovery and I’m considering keeping it in place even after my healing is complete. It arrived as promised, well packaged, easy to assemble, sturdy. Highly recommended.

So glad I bought this! Living in the south I needed something for my quadriplegic son to use the bathroom if we had to evacuate from a hurricane. I tried it out in our bathroom and took the bars I had off and this actually works better! This is also a good stand to do squats and exercises. It has many uses size just in the bathroom

Needed to buy flat screws to fit the space and added felting pad to keep it leveled
I purchase this for my 80 year old mom who has become weaker due to age and dementia. My mom already had a stand-alone safety toilet rail that looked like a regular walker but meant for the toilet. It worked great when she had more strength to stand up straight. It wasn't very stable and it always kept knocking the seat cover over if slightly bumped, but it work for the time. Now that she is weaker, keeping the walker type one no longer served its purpose and became unreliable and scary to her each time it moved as she grabbed it.I bought this one because I needed something that would seem more stable as she grabbed for the handle. And it definitely is more stable. As others mentioned the width is not something you can adjust at the bottom, which is very important to measure the space. Before I get into that, I do need to mention that it did not come with any instructions, but was easy enough to figure out on my own using the materials that were provided. I had to study the picture on the box carefully to make sure the bars aligned as shown in the picture. Then it took 2 people to install this. Maybe others are more talented, but for a middle-aged woman like me, I got frustrated trying to hold the bars together while screwing the bar together. With that being said it really took just a few minutes with my dad's help. After I finished putting it together, I realized it didn't fit the space between the shower door and the cabinet sink. The unit was just an inch from sliding in the space perfectly. As I was disappointed and ready to return the item, my dad suggested that we go to Home Depot and buy FLAT HEAD PHILLPS MACHINE SCREWS. So off we went and buy four of them for the bottom part of the unit. It worked like a charm!! Once it was placed, I noticed there was still a wobble and I could not get the rail to be level. It was slight but very noticeable. So I glued several layers of FELT PADSto the bottom of the rail to make it even. It resolved the issue. To ensure that the rail doesn't move at all when my mom grabs it, I make sure that I step on the bottom rail to hold it down. I cannot tell you enough how helpful that is for my mom's reassurance each time she grabs on to the rail. Conclusion:What I like about it:No tools needed if you don't need to change the screws to fit the space properly. It is more stable than other products out in the market. The height is adjustableEasy to cleanWhat I don't like about it:The width is not adjustableThe unit is big and cumbersomeNo instructions includedThe screws heads are too big - could be smaller to fit tight spacesThe unit was not completely level and would be great if the company included felt pads to make adjustments.I gave it a 4 star because I do think it could be improved. But so far within my budget and what's available on the market, this is a good solution for now.

Freedom!
My husband had an accident recently and has been having trouble getting around including getting off of the toilet. (It’s hard to do when you are only using upper body strength and there’s nothing to hold onto). This is perfect because not only does it give him the freedom that he deserves but it is also portable so when we go visit friends and family I am able to easily break it down and pack it with us in the car. The only downside to it is that it is quite wide which works well for our master bath, but makes it such a tight squeeze in our half bath. I’m still buying another one so I don’t have to move it everyday but if they made one that was just a few inches not as wide it would be perfect for small bathrooms. It is pretty stable as long as you are using it as intended. We tried using it to get him up and out of our bathtub and it wobbled because of the angle. I wouldn’t recommend using it for anything other than toilets and chairs. But this has made my life and his so much better! Highly recommend!

Good Buy
I was a little skeptical to purchase this after reading some of the reviews, but I took the step and ordered it anyway. I am very pleased with every aspect of this product. The assembly was simple and all of the screw holes lined up perfectly. I weigh 200 pounds and am 5'10". I had an accident which left me with a a spinal cord injury that left my legs semi-paralized. I do not want to live with a raised toilet seat in my common bathroom. I want something discreet, that my guests would feel comfortable. This is a perfect choice. It is high enough for me to use my hands and arms to help raise myself from the toilet seat and it is sturdy enough that I do not feel afraid to put a lot of weight on it. I do try to put my hands in the center of the hand rips and not the front. Because if you put all of your weight on the very front it only makes sense that it would tip it forward. It does not slide and stays in place. I highly recommend this product
