Both the men's and women's formula has an insanely high amount of riboflavin in it. Because of this, your urine may turn reddish or brown. Don't worry. You're not experiencing signs of imminent kidney failure. Just a warning. Great product. I take the men's formula. My good friend who's a woman takes this formula. Sometimes it happens.We feel great. Be sure to drink enough water.

These smell so bad that I can’t even open the bottle without dry heaving! Threw them out.

I haven’t taken these for long enough to see results, however I’ve been really happy with most of Nutrabios products. The one thing I hate about these multi vitamins, the suggested daily intake is 4 pills. Ideally 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I don’t have time or the desire to add this many pills for just a multi vitamin when I take so many other supplements. I would probably look for something a little bit easier to take daily.

This is a great product but you only know if it’s working once you stop taking it... just like other supplements
