How do you put it together?

I don’t recall it’s been awhile but I order these standees all the time and there should be a vertical flap on the back that opens out and a small horizontal flap that folds down and locks the vertical stand in place.

I would like to know the shipping dimension.

It is folded in half so ships in about a 2x2 flat box. When you get it you need to brace in back or else it will fold over the crease.
