For the last several of months my nails have been very brittle and breaking constantly. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. I suffered severe trauma in March 2025. I noticed in brushing my hair and washing my hair an excessive amount of hair loss. It took 3 months to see a real difference but i went from cleaning out my hairbrush all the time to hardly ever. I do not get clumps of hair in my hand when i wash my hair.
