Excellent for the price
Works fine.The original hard drive on my old desktop computer was getting very slow, probably developing bad sectors. It is a dual boot system. Mostly I use Linux, which has been on a SSD for years but this drive is for Windows 7 (which I think is the last good Windows edition). With this drive, I'm shocked at how fast the OS loads. It is even faster than the Western Digital "Blue" SSD 1TB where Linux and most of my data files reside.I bought this primarily for the price. But the performance is a nice bonus.

Good quality, nice value
I bought 10 1tb and one 128gb of this exact model. Works as expected, and great value to speed up an old system.

Works fine for a low capacity SSD for retrofitting older systems. Screw holes in right places, easy to install, compatible with serial ATAs, and have used other patriot drives in past with no problems.

Quick loading and huge upgrade from hdd.
Great value and huge space. Amazing load times as compared to a hdd and also completely silent if that matters.

Great Value SSD for Everyday Use
This ADATA SU650 1TB SSD works really well for the price. Installation was easy, and it noticeably improved my PC’s speed and boot times. It’s perfect for regular tasks, file storage, and light gaming. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because write speeds are a bit lower compared to more premium SSDs, but for the cost, it’s a solid upgrade. Definitely recommended for budget builds or replacing old hard drives.

I've been buying this hard disks for a few months for my workshop, they have nice performance and considering the price it's really a good way to improve speed in older laptops that don't have M2 port and only can install a SATA hard drive

Worse than HDD
This Is my 2 year review. This drive is slower than a hard drive. Sequential reads are 80MB/s. Unit arrived with incorrect smart information. Latency is sometimes in the whole seconds. Its almost as bad as a scam hard drive from china with an sd card.It runs way to hot. The rest of my components sit at 32c and this thing sits at 48c at idle and is in a 5.25 to 2.5" bay adapter with 2x 40mm fans. Worst tech ive seen in 20 years. I rate a bit gat F.
