Great part and works very well!

The adjustable height of these solved my pesky door problem. My pantry door has quite the gap on top and the old latches were no longer catching. I purchased and installed these, extended them up a bit, and bam! Door closes and stays closed. Simple. Effective. Just the way I like it.

This product is outstanding and I highly recommend it. It is superior to the item that came with the door. It has adjustments that the original equipment did not have. It is well built, easy to install, and looks beautiful. I will remember Jiaya when I have a need for a product that they carry.

This worked well for the door we used for our pantry they fit good in the holes that where already in the door from other door hardware easy to adjust for the tension needed to keep the.door closed with out having to turn a.door knob

These are not made of super heavy duty metal. However, they do the job just great and easy to install and adjust. They are a good product for where they are used (usually top of the door where you don't see them). Good value for the money.Be careful not to bend the metal plate that the ball canister screws into. If it bends very much it makes the ball canister very difficult to screw into it. In other words, don't tap on the plate with a hammer when cutting out the slot in the door. This will bend the plate (and threads) slightly and make the canister hard or impossible to screw in.

I've used these on other doors as well and they work great. The best feature is that these are easily adjusted. During spring it starts to warm up in the South and wood expands. The prior latches were installed by the builder and couldn't be adjusted. They kept breaking as we had to pull hard to open the closet doors. These just screw up and down. They install with two screws and slide into the existing hole. If you don't have similar latches, you'll have to drill into the top of the door but other than that, it's a piece of cake. I recommend these for easy of installation and quality.

Funny, I didn't think I needed to review a simple spring latch, but compared to the ones they replaced, itwas a quantum leap in quality of function. They fit into the same cutout, but the ball can easily be raised orloward, and yes, the ball pressure can be adjusted too, from the bottom screw. I wanted the doors toeasily open and close, so no extra pressure was needed, but it you want to make the ball latch more secure,and more difficult for a child to open, simply screw the adjustment screw in a turn or two, and done!All sturdy parts that will last for years, I'm sure.
