Q: I have a white polo shirt with a bleach spot that turned it lighter in a spot. Can this fix the shirt without ruining the embroidered emblem on shirt?

I have used on white clothes w/ other color accents like logos or small color design & it does not whiten the color part of item. Ove been using for years. I also use the rit whitener/brightener on same type clothes w/ same excellent results.

Yes, if I remember correctly, it was a cloudy white. I hope that helps.

Q: Will this be harmful to black? The top of the dress is white that has yellowed and the bottom of the dress is black.

I would soak the top of the dress in the Rit powder (in a small tub) keeping it away from the black portion of the dress. Rinse the Rit out and then wash as usual. I would not wash the whole dress in Rit.
