The picture shows a lace mask, is that included with the wings and headband?

In your photo it states cape, mask and antenna is included. When I bought mine 10/19, it was just cape, and antenna. I purchased the mask separately.

Worried my neck is too large. What's the loop like that goes around your neck and how large does it stretch? Or does it velcro?

The part that goes around the next stretches and attaches with Velcro.

I am 5' 3", will the wings be too wide or long? And will the neck strap be to tight?

The neck strap wasnt too tight for me and I'm 170lbs and 5'7" the wings came down to mid calf but I dont think they would be dragging on the ground or anything..hard to say though! I would recommend this though for the price you can't beat it and it was def much better than I expected
