Worked like a charm!
There was a toy stuck in my toilet. I had just paid $545 for plumbing service and wasn’t trying to do that again 2 months later. I found this and went into the bathroom with my music prepared to be in there a couple hours but nope, 5 minutes later I was home free. I’m so happy with my purchase.

I don't see how this can work
TERRIBLE! Metal is paper thin! I have tried this brand before, but I think they made changes, I got this and it broke immediately, the metal is very poor quality. Do not buy, it will break!

Compact, easy to use easy cleanup grade for families with small children get those missing toys
Like an idiot, they threw some slice lying in the toilet, forgetting that one of them was like the other one had almost disintegrated try plunging. There is no way in hell I was gonna pull the toilet. I just put it in a month before and they didn’t wanna try those traditional crank type. They tend to scratch even have had them come back never retrieve anything that must’ve pushed it through. Was acting like a butterfly valve. Definitely worth not calling a plumber I think anyone can use it great product. Hope I won’t be using it soon, but it looks like it would last quite a few years once it dried out I put it back in the package another plus doesn’t take up a lot of space you can actually keep it underneath the bathroom vanity without losing any room.

Works great!
Had a Clorox wand scrubber get detached and stuck in the back of the toilet where I couldn’t reach it with my hand. Read on internet how to get it and suggested a hand auger or snake. I read this here but also tried to check out a local hardware store and they didn’t have a grabber. I ordered this last night and woke up to find it at my door at 7am. After church, I opened the package and practiced squeezing it to make sure it works. What I read and there was instructions on the package , is to carefully thread the snake in the toilet until you need resistance then squeeze the trigger and pull out. I was concerned about the scratching from oreciois post and thought maybe I should get a plastic sleeve over the metal but it wasn’t necessary. There is a red plastic around the metal grabber so I carefully tried not to touch the toilet until it was far back where you can’t see it just in case it scratches. It only took about 20’swconds to get it and retrieve it and pull it out! I had reached out to a plumber yesterday and I’m glad he didn’t respond otherwise I just saved myself $200! For this price under $3, it’s worth the $$$ to have in your home tool box. And I’m happy that they delivered it to me between 4:30-7am option.

Quick, easy, and saved me calling a plumber!
I had went the traditional plunger route when we had a partial clog in our guest toilet. I think the plunging actually made it worse. I really didn’t want to call a plumber (during the week of Christmas), so I poked around online to see what kind of tool I could use myself. This one looked like it’d do the job, so I ordered it. Within 5 minutes of using it, I broke up the clog and was able to flush the toilet with no issues! I cleaned it and saved it for future use. A few weeks later, our master bath toilet clogged. This clog was much more serious, so it definitely took some doing, but after about 20-30 minutes, I had it broke up enough to flush on through. I actually didn’t feel like cleaning the tool again after the second use because it was a bit messier, so I threw it away. Right after I did, though, I ordered another one to have on hand. For $30, you can’t beat it. It really works! The only complaint I have is the scratches it leaves behind on the porcelain. I know of others who’ve had this same thing happen when a plumber snakes their toilet, so I honestly think it’s unavoidable. I heard that you can turn off the water to the toilet, flush/drain it, and sponge up any extra water, then use Comet, Barkeeper’s Friend, or Super Iron Away to scrub out the marks. I’ll be doing this in the near future, but it’s certainly no big deal in the mean time. My toilet flushes. That’s all that matters. Get this tool! You won’t regret it.

Do not waste time, sounds good in theory, doesn't actually work.
Don't waste your time. Had really high hopes for this one since I got a dental floss case stuck inside the toilet unfortunately. Per the image, this tool would be able to grab the thing, no so such luck, the claws are not strong enough to pull anything out of the tubing inside a toilet.
