I love this grill gun! I purchased mine a few months ago and love it so much I purchased this one as a father's day gift for my dad.Before I would have to come home from work and get my chimney out to start the grill and 25 minutes later, my grill would be ready to go. With 2 small children, that can be very precious time to have with them in which we can play and pray together. I also get to use this gun during my Catholic mens group meetings each week for cooking and starting our campfires. It is so much fun to use and it makes me want to grill more often!Operating it takes a few tries to get used to so that you don't flood the chamber with the liquid propane, but you get used to it pretty quick. Super easy to use and a ton of fun.The invetor of this product is Catholic as well so I am proud to be able to support a fellow Catholic man pursue his dreams. This thing is so fun to use! It’s a bit annoying to screw on the tank and sometimes the trigger mechanism is a bit stiff but once you get it going you will wonder why you ever lit fires any other way! I got it for my fire pit so I can light it from a distance and it works great. You nearly don’t even need tinder or firestarters because it lights up big firewood so easily. I just wish it was a bit cheaper.

The media could not be loaded. It saves you so much time gets the charcoal going in no time and its also a lot of fun .

Overall pretty fun to use and it does light charcoal quickly although over burns it easily which can create ash before the coal stays hot enough to remain glowing.Maybe not worth the price and the stand is a bit clunky, but it works.

Works like a dream

Worked great the very first time to light my fire. Needed to start up the fire again and the GrillGun only had a small puff of flame. Instructions said this could be due to a low propane bottle. Still didn't work at all. Took my reliable Bernzomatic Weed Torch for $39 with the same low propane bottle to light up the fire as I always done without a problem. The next BBQ I took the GrillGun out again with better knowledge on how this product works. The only thing this product does is give out a small puff of flame. It will not work no matter what you do. It breaks after two times for how much money this thing costs is a joke. Don't waste your time or money on something that is going to break after 2 or 3 times.

Who doesn't like playing around with a flamethrower? This sucker is crazy fun to play with, AND it can start the grill in minutes. We used it to light candles for a birthday party, and everyone loved it. Will 100% recommend!
