These are great for bellyaches. I think they work quickly. They don’t taste terrible either.

It’s name brand pepto. Not sure what else to say! I do find the plastic packs the tabs are in a little hard to tear and not accidentally tear open an adjacent one. Would be nice if the plastic was perforated to help with this
