Empava 24" Single Gas Wall Oven Bake Broil Rotisserie Functions with Digital Timer and Convection Fan in Stainless Steel

Customer service is the worst..once you buy this oven you are stuck with it!!!!It doesnt stay on and the temp never gets to where you set it and its a fire hazzard because the burner keeps going on and off.I have tried several times to call to return it and it's almost a year later and after several messaged and emails left there has been no response from this company to try and make it right..Its almost like they know how bad it is and are just trying to sell them off to whoever will give them money...very sad..I. surprised Amazon even let them sell these in their site.....after almost a year and having to file a complaint with the BBB this company still refused to replace the item that never performed as it was intended.In strad they offered to send me some parts that only a qualified natural gas technician should be replacing along with a pdf of how to do it. I never recieved a call from the company but instead the sent a bunch of emails with a insulting tone making me out to be the who was being unreasonable...Their response was "if we replaced every item that was not working correctly we would go out of business ".anyway if you were ever considering buying a product from this manufacturer just understand that they do not stand by what they sell!!!

UPDATE: After having it installed for 50 days, it will not heat over 340° and it takes at least 45 minutes to get up to that temp! Then it drops 100° then another 20 minutes to reach set temp again. This oven is awful. I cant even attempt to bake cakes, cookies or breads. It's past the 30 window to return.1. This oven doesn't show the temperature on digital display2. it doesn't let you know that it's reached the chosen temperature. I always thought it was standard on newer ovens to beep at least when preheat temp is reached. You'll have to buy an oven thermometer to check.3. the big ORANGE digital display is annoying. They could have chosen a better color.4. It also fluctuates in temp by over 100°! It jumps to over 30° over set temp then drops 75-100° before very slowly rising and can easily burn or undercook so get comfortable with the convection fan on and off and using a oven thermometer. This could be a problem specific to this oven and not a issue in general with the model.4. The timer doesn't stay on the display while cooking. You have to push through the options to check it.5. There is only 1 steel grate rack so no double rack baking which is disappointing.6. The gas line attachment is too short because it is attached at the top back of the oven instead of the bottom back where the oven gas line in wall generally is, so we had to buy a longer one.I'm disappointed for the price range I expected a bit better. I see myself getting a better oven soon unfortunately gas models of this size aren't as easy to find as electric.

I did find a couple of things that I don't like about this...first, there is no signal when the oven is to temp.And it relights a lot.Since it is a new oven, there is a learning curve but I am getting an oven thermometer to check it. Still not convinced it is getting to temp.BUT the Thanksgiving turkey was wonderful!

1st purchase: Looks nice but arrived with broken front glass so I will try it once again. Hope for better luck on the replacement oven.Update, 2nd purchase: Repurchase 2nd time and once again arrived damaged. Door does not close flush and frame is bent. I will try one final time and see if the 3rd is a charmUpdate: 3rd time and again arrived with shattered glass!!!I’m done with this oven via Amazon, going to purchase at a walk in store

I like it but after I got installed it has funny smell like gas is leaking ..I tried finding it so far no luck ..seems to be coming from the knob..and hard to use I think .. doesn't if it pre heating or any kind of info..big mistake getting that oven..to late now ..never buy appliances on Amazon
