When my little De’Longhi stopped working, I was confused. But a little research told me it needed descaling. Great. How do I do that. Lots of instructions but no one says there are 10 uses in this bottle and since it is so toxic I was scared to use it. I will save you some time: on the side of the bottle there are ten measurements, hence there are 10 uses.Add one use to a full reservoir and run through the machine. Rinse the reservoir and follow with three runs of clean water through the machine. Have something big enough to catch all the reservoir water. Easy peasy. I can’t believe I was so nervous to descale my De’Longhi. This morning I have a tasty breve.

Worked well- our machine had been plugging up frequently and the de-scaling cleared up the line well. We watched the video on YouTube to learn how to de-scale our specific machine, since the instructions on the bottle were to refer to the machine's instructions, which we didn't have.Arrived in time as expected.

No harsh smell when using, get 5 cleanings from 1 bottle so great value. Bottle has measurements for each cleaning on bottle so very easy to use. Product cleaning coffee maker very well. Nice clear liquid and works great.

The product itself worked very well to descale my 2010 Nespresso Machine, and the only reason for the 4 star rating is the lack of English instructions on the container, which was slightly damaged when it arrived. Luckily, I saved the instructional manual. Aesthetics and packaging aside, I am very pleased with how well it descaled my machine.
