This book might not be the best for you if you don't like slow pace books. Anyways, moving forward..I LOVE THIS BOOK. ❤ . Everything about this is perfect. PERFECT! Words do wonder honestly. This is my first book by Mariana and now she's on my fav authors list. And this book, this book is on top of top of top all. I have a lot of fictional characters crushes and that was it though. I know where to separate reality and fiction. And I know what I want in a guy in 'reality' and Aiden was so it!! He is Everything and more and then a little more. He is the most realistic a fictional character can get. Although all of the fictional characters in book are relatable and realistic and Aiden, man he aced it. He isn't that grumpy ass because he thinks he's better or because he is rich. He's just like that. He has been like that his entire life. He's always been a loner. He's not grumpy grumpy. And Vanessa, omg she's chef's kiss. I don't habe words because I'm so overwhelmed and yet i can't stop typing. Lol.Please read this book if you come across it. It's slow paced, slow burn, perfectly written book. With only Vanessa's POV. But omg I'm not disappointed at all. I could feel what aiden was feeling without even reading his POV bevause Vanessa's POV was so well written. I love this. I just ... it's perfect.

It's a slow burn with opposite characters ☺️ . Big guy was so serious and isolated but the end hea was worth . I hope they had more scenes after their confessions of love .

This is going to become one of my favorite books now .... seriously I have already decided that I will re read it again in sometime... the way their relationship has progressed .... kudos to the writer... seriously u had me hooked up to the story the entire time every chapter .... I totally loved it and would say to all the romantic readers to read it ... one of the best

Irrevocably and immeasurably! God, I just finished reading it and I'm all teary eyed. My heart just won't stop melting, bursting and swooning with joy and love and endless warmth. I LOVE THIS BOOK, THEIR STORY AND THEM WITH ALL OF MY SOUL AND I PROMISE, YOU WILL TOO. Because that's just what Aiden and Vanessa do, they make you theirs in no time. In absolutely no time! 🥺❤️🌙

First of all, if you are finding reviews for the storyline and the book in general, mine's not gonna help you; this is about the condition that i received the book in by amazon themselves. So, as the line in bold says, the book wasn't complete flawless. The spine had some scratches and one of the pages was a bit out of proportion. Everything else is good.

The book started off with quite a few dialogues.. and I'm personally not a fan of that. But 20 pages in and I was head over heels in love with V! The book had a smooth progression and yes it's not hot and steamy, but you can see the characters grow and I think that's what matters the most. The humor and way the book was written was relatable and honestly very nice to read and I'd definitely read this book a few times more. The Wall of Winnipeg and Me has a tender corner of my heart ❤

I really loved this grumpy football player x sunshine graphic designer. The nuances of their past shaped them as a person. The small- small details they worked through. Loved it all

This was my re-read number 'can't remember' one of my favourite MZ book. Aiden is like wow! And I love the strong, brilliance of Van. My favorite couple ever.
