Great for back pain
I originally got this belt to help out with my back pain. I wanted something that would keep me from turning or bending fast resulting in the pain I get. I definitely does the job for that therefore I'm happy with just that. I did find myself losing a couple of inches off if my waist, I do believe it was from sweating. Either way I'm super happy and I give 5 stars.
