I liked this brand of True E. I'm always on the lookout for good quality and value supplements. Mild taste, ez to swallow caps. If anthing, I noticed my skin improved, glowy after completing the bottle, its subtle. I take care of my skin and try to eat right so my skin is good to begin with. I also use vit E directly on my skin daily.

I have been taking these for a few months now. I haven't had any blood work done in order to tell if they are doing anything for me, I don't notice anything different, so I don't know if they are even being absorbed. While I take them every day, I'm also not putting a good diet into place yet, so they've got years of bad diets and damage to overcome. I will give an update as soon as I get everything into place.

Only problem is when I got the bottle and opened it up for the firs time, all the softgels were stuck to each other. Hopefully it was a one-off. Am ordering a second bottle now. But I had a heck of a time pulling them apart and some of capsules ruptured in the process of pulling them apart and got the messy red oil all over my hands.

My husband is constantly trying to claim his fountain of youth back and wanted a pill or capsule that had both types of vitamin e so this is what was purchased

Used this now over a month . Think it’s helping bringing down my BP a little. My family has bin known to have hardening of the arteries so I’m doing what I can with diet and nutrition . I eat a lot of veggies but I think I need a little boost and that’s why I take this

I chose this Vitamin E after reading positive reviews, it came in a nice and clean Package with a extended expiration date, pills are small beautiful color and very easy to swallow plus no flavor.
