Wasn't sure about the the two bob company sticker on the case but upon opening the quality of the tools is very good. Although I have other drill bits, helicoils and Taps this kit will serve As a back up.

It’s a great set with almost everything you need. It’s missing a tap holder and none of the taps fit into a socket. Be sure to buy a tap holder at the same time as this set. It really should be included as using a tap in a drill is not ideal.

A fairly comprehensive kit of many sizes, enabling you to make repairs to stripped threads or repair threads on bolts you have had to drill out.Note, this is not a bolt removal product. It allows you to insert a new thread "liner" in to a hole where a thread has been stripped or drilled out.There's many sizes, depending of which kit you buy, with a good supply of the helicoil inserts.

I’ve not used this yet but it seems like a pretty decent set. I would say the only downside to this set is it’s not got 3 and 4mm if it had them it would have pretty much everything although you can buy them separately it would be nice to have them in the set. Of course it would cost more but me personally i would be happy to pay more. Also the drill bits are not the best but they are not going to be as large decent drill bits are quite expensive. The box is quite robust which is a good thing and i would say it worth its money.

This product worked a treat. I had stripped M8 housing in a bit of equipment which was not replaceable. The fitting bolt was integral to another piece. Tapping up to larger bore would have been a real pain in the neck.This kit alowed me to keep the same bolt size and replaced the strippeded thread. It took less than 5 minutes. The supplied tap worked perfectly (though no handle supplied). The coil insert threaded perfectly with the supplied tool and the lug was easily knocked off again with the supplied tool.Good quality box for storage.Hunting for more stripped threads to replace!
