The new partnership between Amazon and Urban company made the installation seamless. No hassles. You need to pay extra for it.As for the product, looks dandy for now, but the rope doesnt seem sturdy. It should have been thicker. The previous one i had came good for 8 years plus. I dont expect the same. They should have mentioned the rope thickness to make an informed decision.I like the concept of individual pulleys for each rod
