I’ve been taking a taurine supplement (1,000 mg daily) for a few weeks and here’s what I feel:• More energy & mental clarity—without the jitters. I’m more alert during the day and feel calmer at night (after exercise or coffee) .• Better sleep and muscle recovery. Muscle aches and cramps eased noticeably. I bought this to help lower my blood pressure, as I am prehypertensive.I'm also vegetarian.I took it for 3 days, 1x a day and my BP dropped 30 points. I'm sure I was low in this nutrient. So now I'm alternating days I take it. I'm 46 and want to avoid heart meds as long as possible. Q10 has also been amazing. I trust this brand.

I've just learned about black seed oil and did a bunch of research and came across this brand. This is the only brand I've purchased so far and I'm still on my first bottle but I absolutely love it! I'm a big believer of holistic medicine and trying to get away from pharmaceuticals. These have boosted my immune system more than I had anticipated. I often get sick from my grandchildren who are in daycare and always have some kind of bug going on. Since taking these I have (knock on wood) not gotten sick. They also do curb your appetite. Will definitely be purchasing again, they are not a part of my daily vitamin regimen.

The first bottle was not impressive. I thought I would try a second bottle as exposure over time may show some changes. So far I am still waiting to see it this is a worthwhile purchase.

Good Product, But May Be "Addicting." This is a personal review; it may not be relevant to anyone else.I've been taking 1,000 mg at bedtime for several years to help me settle my mind and fall asleep. I ran out and did not take any one night thinking it would not affect me in any way. I could not have been more wrong. I had two major effects of abstaining one night: First, dehydration, second, half-awake, half-asleep "dreams" that continued throughout the night. They were not unpleasant, but extremely bizarre--the most bizarre of my 88 years. I bought some locally so as not to go through another strange night. Again, I emphasize this review concerns my personal effects and may not be relevant for anyone else.

I can discern a difference in my over all health, from clarity of thinking, easier breathing, to decreased joint inflamation. Tasteless and does not create smells after digesting. I have shared my experience with others

Works awesome

I just bought this recently for energy boost and start using it twice a day. I didn't see much performance changed. I would try some other taurine supplement that's pure and has good reviews. It has no taste. It has some white residue when shake it with water could be from the fillers. I wouldn't buy it again.
