Island Mist Spiced Merlot Wine Ingredient Kit

Very Very nice kit. I love the wine expert kits, they all produce very nice products and professional looking products. This is a very nice wine, one that suprises many people who try it expecting regular merlot and then notice the spices. I was debating between a four or a five star here, bc most of their kits including this one produce sweet lower end abv wine. But since I have been using their kits often I have found a work around their kits. If this is you first time with their kits I suggest just follow their instruction. For those of you that have used their kits you will notice the wine avg about 8-10 abv if you follow instruction. I like to cranck up the abv so I add a cup of table sugar for every gallon, and also when adding the flavor pack I add half intially, sample it and see if I like it. this way I control the sweetness. If it need more sweetness I add more of the flavor pack. If I like it with just half the flavor pack I then leave it alone and save the flavor back for one of my non kit wine brews. Overall this is a nice kit great tasting, and easy to follow instructions which will give you a product that looks and taste better than avg store purchased wine. Recommend highly.
