I was hesitant buying these but as the title states, was pleasantly surprised how well these worked. The needle was sharp, they went in smooth and just easy to use. I will definitely be buying more in the future. Very happy.

The threads are easy to put in, no pain whatsoever, I bought other threads before and all I had was problems. Honestly these are the best threads I've ever used. Buy these threads you won't be disappointed.

I tried four just to check pain level 2 each on under eye. They were sharp enough to penetrate every level with minimal pain /only slight sting was the initial entrance after I got through the epidermis and into the right layer I felt nothing just …it was like popping a pimple that easy. It’s good quality and the sticker says it was sterilized … no before and after just know it worked . Can’t wait to see final results in a few weeks

I have extensive experience with PDO, PCL a& PLLA so I think I have a good technique. These threads just don’t stay put. I could only get about half of them in. Of those that I was able to successfully put in all of them had work their way to the surface or out within 24 hours. I don’t remember having this problem with Acada brand before, so maybe it was a bad batch or I don’t know what, but these were terrible quality. Huge waste of time and effort and money. Do not recommend.

The manufacture date compared to expire date is short. It is okay to use expired threads as long as they haven't been opened, but when I bought mine they only had 3 months until expire so when I open them now, I must use them all at once. Something to keep an eye out for. Otherwise they are cheap for what they are, but haven't used yet.

I purchased these 29G/25MM screw threads for a few etched in problem areas; nasolabial, superior and inferior vertical lip lines, vermillion border (upper lip only).I received these threads within a few days of ordering and nervously could not wait to implant them into the above mentioned problem areas of my maturing skin.I used them to create volume in each area. Volume is exactly what I got with a rapid neo-collagenesis response. My left upper lip vector along my vermillion border was so hollow that after implanting one thread I had to follow with two more while using only one thread on the right. Only after implanting these this way did I get the symmetry I was needing due to an assault which caused a slight deformity of my lip.Next, I implanted one into two deeply etched vertical lip lines, one on each side, which immediately created volume and softened each line to near invisibility. I will repeat this treatment in those areas in two more weeks.I then implanted one each into the upper nasolabial field closest to the nose. I had a tremendously uncomfortable reaction in three days with rashing, redness, roping, continued pain and minor swelling. It has now been about five weeks and they have finally settled in with nice plumpness and volume. In the future PDO Mono will only be used there in future implants since it was clearly the wrong type of thread for such a snug area with no fault of the threads themselves.I have recently used these threads for my second volumizing lip treatment along the vermillion border with no resulting trace of the former lip deformity, but with a newly perfected symmetry. I have plans to use these in the "red-line" (lip area between vermilion border and water line) for the continued volumization of my lips which I fondly refer to as my "lip build." I will continue to use these threads as long as they are offered through this vendor at this price.As with any subdermal treatment thread, they are packaged in two individual autoclave ready pouches with 10 threads in each pouch, so there is potential to autoclave if desired otherwise they have been gas sterilized during packaging.

These were easy to use, worked well.I got a nice lift on my brows using these in conjunction with (AllureDermal) Botox, which I really needed!I know typically longer pdo cogs are used to lift the brows, but I didn’t want to worry too much about hitting veins/arteries/vessels/nerves and I was using in addition to botox so didn’t need too much lift.I had no issue with the needles bending, if the needle is bending you aren’t in the correct dermal plane. There should be almost no resistance when inserting, if so it’s not placed correctly. Probably best to leave the thread, and start over with a new one.

I can honestly say I can tell a difference on my jawline. I am bruised but that is my fault because I was taking Tylenol for a headache so it causes bruising, but with that being said, I can’t wait to use more of these on my 54 year old face. Putting the threads in the jawline was a bit painful, but other areas not so much!!! Purchase these. Make sure you are not too superficial. You have to be in the Dermal layer of your skin.
