What a difference this made. Bought because recent blood pressure tests indicated a lack of sleep and disturbed sleep that I’ve been experiencing can increase levels. Recently had difficulty in getting enough sleep particularly on sunny mornings. Tried a flight eye mask with immediate results in sleep duration and remarkably reduced blood pressure. Chose this one as other reviews indicated a comfortable fit and total darkness. I can confirm both aspects and I have never slept so well. The material is soft and contoured to fit perfectly without restriction as well as being adjustable. You hardly know you are wearing it as it doesn’t press on the eyelids. Never going to be without this now.

They are comfortable, total blackout and perfect for naps and light mornings in the summer. Equally as important is that they do not slip off over night.Bought a pair in November 2024, left them somewhere and bought another pair.Great value, highly recommend.

Very comfy and properly blacks out. It took a while to adjust the size as when adjusted wrong it kept moving up and letting light in, but once found correct adjustment it worked perfectly, a saviour for my night shifts.

This eye mask is incredible!It fits a wide variety of face sizes and shapes perfectly, blocks absolutely every bit of light unlike so many others I've tried, and the way the padded rings lift the material away from your eyelids and lashes means you can't feel it against your eyes at all, so it doesn't disturb or irritate you at all.The materials seem of good quality, the stitching is neat and it's thick enough to not feel flimsy and cheap.This is the only light blocking eye mask you'll need - it's 100% effective and very comfortable to wear and sleep in.

I would still recommend it.your eyes are free to blink inside the mask. if you dont understand what I mean then you need to use free airplane eye masks and then use this one . you will understand.it has padding in all the right places. and it feels like really quality made stuff.the straps that go behind your Mellon like head is the only issue as they can sometimes cause irritation around your ear area. however I haven't found a better alternative to this and the rest are just worst then this product. even the pure silk ones. yes those expensive ones arent as good as this thing is .just the option for your eyes to blink inside alone is an experience you need to have before you can fully understand this products benefits.I struggled with day time sleeping. this has solved it . all you need is a Power Nap of say 2 to 4 hrs . solid rem sleep and this makes it happen in the dead of afternoon with the sun shining over your head. it will seal all light out and you can contemplate in complete darkness before you fall asleep.its fluffy thick and light weight.its large in size so will also block any residual noise going to your brain as well.its definitely value for moneythe best product in its class and highly effective.

Took these camping as staying in a bell tent.... very light first thing in the morning..These worked a treat. Complete blackout and very comfortable. Worth every penny.

This is the best mask I have ever used. I originally bout it for an upcoming flight but have been using it every night at home and it makes a huge difference to my sleeping. Its easily adjustable for a perfect fit, sit's snugly around the eyes without putting pressure on, completely blocks the light and is so comfortable I sometimes forget Im wearing it (I can open my eyes and look around whilst wearing it - but cannot see anything). Im not sure about washing so I just give it a wipe over with an antibac wipe occasionally. Cannot recommend this highly enough!
