Great Value
Worked right out of the box. Includes 2 2 ft power cables for immediate battery hook ups. Pure sine wave feature allows use on delicate electronic items and/or motors. Be careful of modified sine wave inverters when using them for computers, tv's, etc. Pure sine wave must be used in these instances. Continues to work and is trouble free.

Great Price & Working Well So Far
I got this to replace a similar Tripp Lite unit that died after six years mounted under the dash in a Jeep type vehicle used in the swamp. This unit is a third of the Tripp Lite price. I believe the Florida humid climate finally killed the Tripp Lite so I mounted this Fit4Less unit in a way for quick install and remove so it will only be in the vehicle when I’m offroad in the swamp. I’m using thumb nuts and weld cable quick connects for the quick in & out. Just had a 5-day run in the swamp and this unit powered two 120-volt Air King fans all day long with no problem. Time will tell on the longevity. I didn't bother with the remote as it's easy to reach under the dash.

A pure sine its a winner
I did a lot of research on the 1000w pure sine inverters. I was ready to buy the Bogue 1000w inverter until i saw this and half the price and comes with monitor. It only draws .40A when turn on per my 500A shunt. Fyi..someone said the monitor doesnt turn the unit on and off. Apparently they did NOT read the manual (normally the case). The inverter has to be turn OFF, on the unit itself before using the monitor. Press and hold button for 3 secs and it turns on/off. It works flawlessly and very quite. Great unit.

On the fence?
Great price for a pure sine wave inverter. I purchased the 1000 watt version(sometimes reviews get mixed). For small tasks it has performed well over the passed few months. Mostly its been used to power lights, dc power supply, soldering iron...nothing over 2-300watts.Recently, I wanted to test the limits so I started pushing 7-800watts. Most of this was pulled from a small shop vac. It ran without a hiccup as I monitored the batteries, cables, inverter. Good thing I didn't walk away. About 10 minutes in I noticed the smell of plastic getting too warm. Checked the cables and they were warm, but not alarming. Soon after that, I noticed smoke coming from the inverter near the input hookups from the batteries. Immediately turned off the inverter. The only damage I noticed was the end of the positive cable provided which had melted a bit. Though, both terminals became loose and trying to tighten them just resulted in the terminal spinning..The inverter didn't get 4 stars for nothing. It still functioned fine afterward. After taking apart the shell of the inverter, I didn't see any internal damage. However, I did notice there are two 30 amp fuses.60A*14.6V(100% charge) = 876 watts60A*12.8V(nominal) = 768 wattsMaybe I'm missing something there but I wouldn't trust this inverter over a few hundred watts and I would suggest using 2AWG or larger cables.Pros-Affordable-Fairly quiet-Comes with battery monitor-Produces clean electricityCons-Doesn't support claimed power(in my case anyway)-Included cables are undersized for 1000watts/[email protected] continuous-My unit makes a buzzing sound when higher power is drawn(normal?)Overall-Given what you can expect after my review, I'd say go for it. Seems legit and well built despite its shortcomings.***5/18/2025 edit - there are (4)30A fuses, not 2.12.8V*120A=1536 watts14.6V*120A=1752 wattsStill doesn't change the results for what I would consider a safe load on the inverter, but it gives credence to the capabilities of the device.

actually good and not a scam or low quality for the price
alright so i wrote a review and i was wrong, it IS pure sine wave, i double checked my oscilloscope and did another test, i actually put a load on it and the wave form smoothed out, so if anyone wants to know if this product is fake or not then ill say its not. the quality is decent enough, its pure sine wave and it has the feature of being able to use more amps then volts on cooking hard ware to lower the total watts, i was able to run my 1100 kettle on this inverter and 0 issues doing it. though i recommend doubling the wiring cuz the wires are only good for about 1000 watts or lower. the lcd is also higher quality then i thought, the picture makes it seem low quality and bad, but itll last you a good while and its bright! it also ran my 900watt stove top at 750watts (because of the lower volts and higher amps method) and there where 0 issues. i high recommend this one.P.S. To the company that saw my previous review sorry, i shoulda did more testing before coming to a conclusion.

It seemed to work well for 10 hours
Worked well for 10 hours total across 3 or 4 days,Eventually shut off, When attemting to start it read OST, beeped and shut off, looking into the manual, it might be output shortcut protection, however, there were no shortcuts.Started a return process, I got quoted $75 as the cheapest Intl. return option.Decided it was not worth it, attempted to repair, 2 out of 4 fuses were blown, replaced them, same error and beeping result, then it caught fire.

another amazon product at a fair price
so far so good for the item I will use the inverter for emergencies and that being said, I hope I never need it, but for the price, I couldnt pass it up.

Only able to sustain 600W of load
I don't have an oscilloscope to confirm the pure sine wave claim, but all of my devices that didn't work with modified sine wave inverters were happy with this one! However, I bought this intending to use it with up to 800W of load. But even at 700W it only worked for about 15 minutes before rapidly switching between off and on. The DC voltage reported on its display was between 12.5 and 13.8V so it was comfortably above 12V the entire time and shouldn't have had an issue.Ultimately I was only able to run about 600W of sustained load on this inverter. Still a pretty good deal, just not powerful enough for my needs.
