I was recommended this after getting new ear piercings and it’s been brilliant. It’s kept everything clean and soothed, and I’ve had no issues with infection or irritation at all. Easy to use, gentle, and really effective - I’ll definitely keep using it!

I don't normally write reviews but this spray is so gooood! I first got it to heal two helix piercings that wouldn't settle down - my piercings were inflamed and I had those big red bumps on my ear. I was wondering if I'd have to abandon the piercings because I was worried it would never heal. But this stuff has been a god send! It really does work. I'm now using it to heal a septum piercing and would recommend it to anyone looking to heal a piercing.Also, if you look at the ingredients, it's not just salty water like some of these sprays. The ingredients promote quick recovery. I don't really know what else to say - buy it and you definitely won't regret it. I'm on my second bottle at this point.

Good but did get an infection in my eyebrow whilst using this. Not sure if it would have happened anyway but it didn't prevent it even though I used it a lot. May be my error for using too much?

Bought this for me and my daughters after we had some piercings. Worked wonders on my helix and conch piercing and felt like it helped them heel quicker. It also eases the pain when first applied. Has lasted a long time with 3 of us using it. I used it for the 1st week.

I purchased this after my helix piercing, I originally was using a different product but my ear was sore and swollen within 24hrs of using this it worked wonders.It’s been amazing and helped heal and soothe.Strongly recommend.

So good! I pair this with the keloid bump remover gel and i finally got rid of my piercing bump! Takes some time to go but it eventually does. I use this spray twice a day with the gel! Deffo a game changer.

Worth noting, this is not a 'sterile' version saline. The pump application by design sucks air back in before the next pump. If your piercing is brand new - avoid this and search for a sterile alternative. However, this does clean already healed piercings.
