These are small enough (they are not small, per say). But the grip, i mean. They are now become my go to scissors. Those ones on my desk are for the people who come by and need my scissors real quick. My scissors are on the pegboard on the wall. That is these scissors. They have a nice comfortable grip. They are super sharp. I can cut the most intricate of patterns. And so strong. When I use them as regular scissors, I forget they are metal shears. And I am surprised how easy it cuts through an entire magazine. To open those plastic clam shells that every thing comes in now-day. Take these snips. Go around the edge every couple inches cut a nip in. So, at the end you probably have a clam shell with 20 nips in it. Now go around and cut in between the other nips. Like you were doing connect the dots. Now you have 20 tabs of plastic and an open container. And an awesome pair of scissors.

Loosexassembly
Great quality, but poorly assembled. Very loose. I had to tighten the screws to get a good cut.

Cuts packages, lobster tails, whatever you need a 'tough' pair of scissors for
This works great but I wish there was one twice as strong as this one, but there isn't. This is my handy pair for the kitchen, cuts packages, lobster tails, whatever you need a 'tough' pair of scissors for. After 5 years now of use in the kitchen mostly, the spring broke... don't know if it can be replaced, a shame to let a good pair of shears go just because of one part that could be replaced... Such a handy tool I just ordered another one and at $15 for five years I guess that is good... still leaving it at five stars.

Good tool, however very misleading picture as far as manufacturing origin.
The picture indicates that this tool is made in the USA. USA made tools and Wiss are well known for quality tools. You can see even "USA" on the actual bolt in the picture. The tool that arrived was Wiss, but made in China. I own two of these now, one from the USA and one from China. Unfortunately, when it comes to tools, there's a noticeable difference in manufacturing quality. Had I known this, I would've purchased elsewhere. The picture that is posted is misleading.Nevertheless, the tool does the job. However, It's seemingly not holding up all well as my other though. My other is 3 years older too.

They don't appear to be the same as the ones that I purchased in the past
I had a pair of these that the spring finally wore out. Purchases this as they were the exact same as my worn-out pair. The spring seems like it is already wearing out as I took it out of the package. They don't completely open all the way on their own

Excellent quality tool
I've been using this tool in my shop for about a year now and I am very pleased with it. It cuts anything from paper to sheetmetal with ease and cleanly. My brother has been using it when he works with me and he really likes it as well, and always says so everytime he returns it to me, which is why I'm here at Amazon buying another one for him as a birthday present. As an added benefit, it's Made in the USA, which is a big plus if you give a damn about your country like we do.

False advertising !!!
I ordered a pair of these snips in large part due to the picture featured on the Amazon website. In that picture of the Wiss M300 multimaster everyone can clearly see the letters "USA" on the center bolt. In addition, these snips appeared to have the same fit & finish as my old yellow handled ones. They arrived yesterday and were typical Chinese copies. Pure crap, lousy metallurgy, poor machining and inferior fit & finish. These are going right back to Amazon because I WON'T PLAY ALONG !!! I will buy an old US made pair at a flea market and buff them up like Scoutcrafter. If it's made in China, you won't find it in my toolbox !!!

Man-scissors!
I've had a pair of Wiss tin snips for ever that I've used for cutting everything from sheet metal to kite string. They just don't work well for everything, and now I've got a great pair of quality shears that do. Every workshop should have a pair of these. I just used them to cut up a batch of old credit cards and it made quick work of the task.
