What is the heaviest weight recommended for this harness. I have a 157' Newfie.

Hm, my petite Rottie weighs 65lbs and I wouldn't want to hold up much more. The biggest draw back of harness was that straps too long for a 5' 7" person. Would be better for six foot person as far as taking out the slack. I mostly use the Walkin Wheels cart (which another rescue donated to this pet rescue) now since my dog is hind end paralyzed. Eddie's Wheels would be my first choice. If your dog drags feet will need boots to protect paws from abrasion.

Will this help my golden doodle puppy use the bathroom? He has no use of back legs

It helped my older pug for awhile until he lost use of all four legs. It just lets you help hold up the animal with a soft support that wraps underneath its belly. You would probably need a small one for a puppy. I'd probably ask the vet for their professional advice. That's where I found out about it.

I am not clear what this product includes ....is it the rear end sling, the leash and the chest harness?

My dog had a back surgery. She couldn't move her back legs all, so I bought the rehabilitation harness to help her stand and walk for her dog necessities. One side it is conected to the chest harness and the other end goes around (close) to the lower back. It worked pretty well on my 11 pounds dog. I recommend it.
