EXVIZ Mini 360 Plus
Product arrived on time. This is the first time I buy/set up cameras; I consider it was easy to set up after I watched a video from a private user that explained how to set it up, conect it to wifi, work with adjustments and review it (I think that if you follow it's own instructions it would not be as easy).Cameras work great (you have to play some to adjust your preferable settings, sensibility, motion detection, area of coverage, etc.). They are clear; a bit sensitive to light (not sure if it's with all cameras, I know that it happens in phone cameras; say a room/house is dark, when a door opens and light comes in you might loose visibility for a second until it adjusts and you might loose an important image, but, like I said, not sure if it's something normal in all cameras). I also have my sensitivity in low because the default mode is on medium setting, any insect will activate it. The lens won't give you a wide range of an area, there are others with a wider lens if you need more coverage, but with those you won't have the capability of 360° (where you can follow the object it triggers to where it moves; even a fly...)About storage, I have only one set up with a SD Card, didn't sing up for the cloud offered. Both Cameras will record movements, the cloud and/or your own SD card will be used to save the data, but not automatically, you have to decide where, which is good. It means that when it's activated by a motion it will store that moment, you can view it and decide if and how much of it you want to store, which is good.So overall for the price of a single camera I consider to be a good buy, good quality, performs well (up to this moment, which is one day) and the features it promotes are all true and good. I which they were battery powered but I undertand that the feature to be able to move arround requires a lot of power.I do recomend it.

Excellent Video Quality and Ease of Use With iOS App
Picture quality, motion tracking, and the ability to review the recordings are excellent on iOS app.Initial WiFi setup was easy, but it was a struggle to change routers. The router I was trying to switch to has a 5 GHz band, so that may have been the issue. There is a November 2017 firmware update to improve WiFi setup. I updated the firmware after my issue switching routers. If you are having WiFi setup problems you might try using a wired Ethernet connection to update the firmware to see if that helps.Be persistent with the WiFi setup if you can. The usability of the camera is worth it once you get it working. The camera tracks my dog around the living room. The manual pan/tilt/zoom also works well.I installed a 128GB sd card to hold the video recordings. I’m surprised at how easy it is to review the recordings with the iOS app. It has a very nice timeline with motion event marker lines that is easy to move back and forth with.Overall the controls are much smoother than other cameras/apps I’ve tried. I did get a couple of errors trying to pan/tilt, but I closed and reopened the app and it worked fine.I haven’t tried all the features like cloud recording or alerts, so I don't know how those work.

Great camera & features! - A hassle to set-up initially, but worth it...
This is my 2nd purchase of the EZVIZ Mini 360 Plus. I got the 1st camera for a rental property, and the 2nd one to keep an eye on our cats. The camera's capabilities are fantastic! Excellent picture quality - even at night, audio, motion tracking, records videos, decent phone app, an app for my Windows PC where I can view the feed on a full size screen. I took a star off for the miserable experience we've had setting up the cameras both times, and because you have to remove the encryption from the camera to play recorded videos on something besides the app. A few tips for set-up: for the app audio signal to connect the wireless, don't hold your phone too close to the camera...it was only when I gave up and had my phone 5 feet away that it actually worked. After WiFi is connected, you may need to upgrade firmware before the camera will work, this is indicated by an orange dot on the app. If using a new unformatted microSD card, format the card to the NTFS option, all other Windows presets were OK. After that, the microSD card will need to be initialized thru the app before the camera will work. Kudos to EZVIZ support at (855) 693-9849, they were extremely helpful! Final note, you will need to reset the camera if changing the WiFi. Press the button on the side, hold till a steady red light, then release, let camera initialize (left right/up down) then unplug. Let it initialize again, then follow the prompts in the app to connect to the new WiFi. Good luck and enjoy!
