This blender is so retro and cool looking! I absolutely love the simplicity as all I want to use it for is blending smoothies, sauces and soups really. It's excellent quality so far and the suction on the bottom keeps it still. Cleaning it it super easy too so I am using it every day!

I was angry when I opened the previously opened parcel to discover that the blender had obviously been used prior to my purchasing it. It was dirty and the cord was just shoved in the box plus the cord label was gone but for a few damp shredded bits left behind. The next disappointment was that the blender didn’t work as it should. When turned on it sounded fine for 3 seconds and then the grinding of metal on metal sounded, this kept happening intermittently, 3 seconds fine followed by a lot of metal chewing metal , grinding sounds. So I sent it back on December 12 2022, unfortunately I have received no refund to this day. I have again written to them about this and am now waiting yet again. The item was lovely to look at but that is as far as my experience went in terms of being positive. I am extremely disappointed.

I needed 3in1 set then I realised I ordered wrong item so I had to return it.

I have ordered this item twice and waiting on refunds for both. First time It arrived with a part missing. So I returned it and ordered another. The second one arrived today and it was used, the jug was dirty and the wire sticky. Absolutely disgusting. I will not try to purchase it for the third time!!!! Never have I had such bad service
